Igho Ubiribo Ignored Medical advice before Fatal penis Enlargement procedure, Thailand Clinic Claims

A Thai cosmetic clinic has claimed Nigerian influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo insisted on undergoing a penis enlargement procedure in a single session despite medical advice to split it into two stages. Ubiribo, 43, died on March 6 after receiving hyaluronic acid filler injections in Bangkok.

A post-mortem found his death was linked to a pulmonary embolism. Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health has launched an investigation into the clinic’s operations and compliance with medical standards. The clinic said Ubiribo had undergone five previous procedures without complications since 2024.
